Time Stretch/Pitch Change:

The time stretch/pitch change function allows make regular Hebrew broadcasts easier to understand for a learner. It does this by slowing down the rate of speech - without lowering the pitch (which is what happens to a slowed down tape recording, making it unsuitable for this purpose).
